About the role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team at Masters Career Consultancy Pte Ltd' in Singapore. This is a full-time, home-based role with the opportunity to earn a highly competitive uncapped commission structure. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of clients across a range of industries.
• Engage with and consult clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored talent solutions
• Source and screen high-quality candidates to match client requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, shortlisting and successfully placing candidates
• Maintain and expand your professional network to continuously identify new business opportunities
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the business

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably in the human resources and recruitment industry
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements and client engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Driven, resilient, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using recruitment-related software and tools
