We are now looking for a Senior Manager, HR Data & AI Platform to join our Talent Intelligence organization.
In this role, you’ll help shape the future of AI-native people analytics and talent intelligence platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of Data Engineering, AI/ML infrastructure, analytics, and strategy, helping evolve our ecosystem from traditional analytics products into scalable, flexible, AI-powered experiences and tools.
This is a highly cross-functional and impactful role for someone who enjoys building platforms, solving complex data problems, and operating in a fast-moving environment with significant greenfield opportunities.
You’ll join a team that is actively rethinking how AI and data platforms can support decision-making and operations at scale. The space is evolving quickly, and this role offers the opportunity to shape both the technical direction and long-term vision of the organization.
You’ll have the chance to work across a wide range of domains — from infrastructure and data engineering to AI-enabled products and analytics experiences — while partnering with highly collaborative and ambitious teams across Wolt and DoorDash.
