We are seeking an experienced and motivated BUSINESS ANALYST to lead our software development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical development, mentoring developers, ensuring software quality, and delivering projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
- Manage and mentor a team of software developers and programmers.
- Define software architecture and technical standards.
- Review source code and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate project timelines, task allocation, and resource planning.
- Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems where required.
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior programming role.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI, automation, or machine learning projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- PMP, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, or other relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
- Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
