We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to lead an international conference project – Conversion CONF
This role is for a strong operational leader who can manage teams, processes, and product growth in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• English level: C1+ (mandatory)
- Min. 2 years of experience in C-level roles (CEO / COO)
- Proven experience in building and optimizing business processes
- Strong ability to structure funnels and team workflows
• Cross-functional team management
- Financial planning (P&L, budgeting, profit control)
• KPI management and project scaling
• Hiring and recruitment experience
- Basic marketing knowledge (funnels, traffic, product understanding)
Nice to have:
- Experience in the event industry or event agencies
- Understanding of affiliate / performance marketing
- Experience working with international partners
Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of 15+ people
- Coordinating all departments: marketing, sales, production, operations
- Driving product growth and increasing profitability
• KPI tracking and strategic planning
- Competitor analysis and innovation implementation
- Participation in the hiring of key roles
- Operating under high-pressure conditions, especially during live events
