We are hiring a Client Partner – Defense & Aerospace to manage relationships with U.S. defense and aerospace clients and own the process of securing and delivering materials they require.
This is not a high-volume sales role. It is a senior, hands-on role focused on:
The individual will manage the process from initial requirement through to successful delivery. 
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with experience working with defense, aerospace, or advanced
manufacturing organizations in supply chain strategy or consulting with strong BD and problem solving
skills, who are comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial company.

Typical early success milestones include:
Compensation
4% of gross margin on personal sales (paid monthly)
Total compensation expected to exceed $300,000 -$400,000 for successful performers.
