Role Overview
The Strategic Product Lead oversees all products in their assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with Inspira's overall strategy. They evangelize a solution story to the market, identify market opportunities, and work with teams to prioritize development and resources.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain the overall product portfolio strategy, conduct market research, evaluate and prioritize opportunities, lead portfolio planning sessions, and monitor usage and engagement metrics.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Design, Psychology or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- Proven track record in strategic planning and managing multiple products or business units
- Deep understanding of consumer-directed healthcare and notional account products
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis
- Familiarity with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Lean
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment
- Ability to work with minimal direction, and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules
- Proven leadership skills to gain credibility, garner respect, and guide the creation of self-organizing teams
- Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously and manage stressful situations
- Ability to provide and accept guidance and constructive feedback
- Desire for continuous improvement through learning and study
- Eagerness to teach and help develop others professionally, and exhibit passion and excitement about work to inspire others
