We are hiring a Client Solutions PM to own the delivery and expansion of post-onboarding technical projects with enterprise clients.
Requirements
- Technical enough to understand how systems connect, estimate integration lift, identify failure modes, and identify opportunities and tangible solutions on the fly.
- Experienced in enterprise SaaS delivery integrations, data products, or AI/ML feature rollouts
- Able to define and hold to technical success criteria in ambiguous, fast-moving client contexts
- Direct, credible client communicator who manages expectations without overpromising, and knows when to push back
- Comfortable operating across technical and commercial conversations in the same client engagement
