We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to work strategically with our market in Central Germany, own and manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing, and apply solution selling principles to identify customer pain points and sell the value of minimizing risk.
Requirements
- Proven experience closing SaaS or software deals with strong customer-centric discovery and solution-selling skills
- Experience selling complex IT infrastructure solutions or managed services where the value proposition goes beyond cost efficiency and focuses on risk reduction, continuity, and business impact
- Strong relationship and/or partner management skills
- Affinity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC or similar)
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) and willing to travel up to 20% of the time
