Over the past two years, RealResponse has achieved exceptional traction across higher education, partnering with institutions nationwide to strengthen student well-being, streamline Title IX and conduct reporting, and foster transparent, responsive campus cultures.
Now, we’re building on that success, and this role will be central to accelerating that momentum - helping RealResponse become the standard for communication, feedback, and reporting across the higher education landscape.
We’re seeking a mission-driven leader to drive RealResponse’s continued growth in higher education.
Whether you come from a background in business development or from within higher education itself (student affairs, Title IX, compliance, or fraternity and sorority life), this is an opportunity to leverage your experience and relationships to expand a platform already making a measurable difference on campuses nationwide.
You’ll work directly with institutional leaders - telling the RealResponse story, demonstrating impact, and helping campuses adopt technology that empowers people to be heard and supported.
Lead outreach and relationship-building with higher education colleges and universities nationwide.
Communicate RealResponse’s mission, platform, and value to senior campus leaders
Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demos and presentations.
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective institutional partners.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to tailor messaging for the higher education audience and to coordinate on projects and initiatives.
Represent RealResponse at key conferences, association events, and thought-leadership opportunities.
Provide market feedback to help shape RealResponse’s higher ed strategy and product roadmap.
You might be a great fit if you have one or both of the following backgrounds:
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales (preferably SaaS, edtech, or campus-focused solutions).
Proven ability to manage consultative sales cycles and close institutional deals.
5+ years working in student affairs, Title IX, conduct, compliance, or athletics — with a deep understanding of campus structures and decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively, build relationships, and lead cross-departmental initiatives.
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
