We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to perform quality assurance audit functions, including client calls and communication with sales teams, to ensure accuracy and understanding of loan set-up. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of mortgage experience, excellent communication skills, and versatility in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior to Closing QA Process: Prior-to-QA call file review, client call to ensure program set-up accuracy and understanding of expectations, and update systems accordingly.
- Post Closing Servicing Onboarding Tracking, Communication and Reporting: Send "Congratulations and What to Expect" communications, update systems with loan servicing onboarding information, and communicate with department members and escalate servicing issues as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office skills including WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Versatility and flexibility within an ever-changing environment
- Strong initiative and ability to work on own
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and collaborate with team
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
