Head of Legal

Accurx is a healthcare communication platform that aims to fix communication in healthcare. They're looking for a Head of Legal to oversee their legal risk profile, set a world-class standard for governance, compliance, and legal quality, and build the legal frameworks for innovation in a high-stakes healthcare environment. As a strategic partner to executive leaders and a cross-functional team, you'll navigate cutting-edge data privacy and clinical AI frontiers to protect the company's downside while maximizing its upside.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent with QLTS) with a minimum of 8+ years PQE
• In-house scale-up experience working in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
• Exceptional judgment and commercial pragmatism with experience partnering with investors, senior leadership, and Boards
• Working knowledge of emerging AI regulatory frameworks and data protection
