Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related course of study
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing bids, writing proposals, grants, technical writing or similar marketing-related documents with strict requirements and deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of public, private, and federal bidding processes, including pre-qualification requirements and compliance standards.
- Minimum 1 year RFP and/or RFQ experience in one or more of the following industries: construction, civil construction, structural restoration and/or environmental
- Experience with Monday.com, Responsive, or other proposal management/content management software is a plus.
