Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, generating qualified leads and setting appointments for our sales team. - Follow-Up: Actively follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising. - Effective Communication: Utilize talking points to effectively engage prospects, communicating the value proposition of our cutting-edge aesthetic treatments and services. - Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering relevant information on their needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring they align with our offerings. - CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system to ensure streamlined communication and follow-up processes. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall conversion rates. - Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for lead generation. - Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales, preferably in a B2C environment. - Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and establishing trust with prospects. - Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the aesthetics or wellness industry. - Knowledge of advanced CRM systems and sales tools. - Additional certifications or training in sales techniques or customer service.
