Work setup: The position is for a REMOTE setting, although, during the training period, a few weeks/months, an onsite session, like a day or two in the office per week is expected as part of the probationary assessment - ORTIGAS OFFICE

Must have Australian accounting/legislative background.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.
Strong foundation in bookkeeping and financial operations.
Experience with BAS/IAS preparation is a plus.
Complete internal bookkeeping including bank and credit card reconciliations.
Manage AP/AR, invoice processing, collections, and payment runs.
Prepare journals, maintain GL accuracy, and support month-end close.
Process payroll in accordance with AU legislation.
Manage accounts email inbox and finance correspondence.
Prepare financial and management reports (BS, P&L, Cash Flow).
Maintain audit-ready workpapers and documentation in Xero.
Support AU accounting compliance; BAS/IAS prep is a plus.
