YouwilljoinaglobalSAPlandscapefocusedontheoptimizationandenhancementofcomplexbilling,charging,mediation,andrevenuemanagementprocesses.

As part of an international SAP S/4HANA environment, you will workcloselywithbusinessstakeholders,productowners,architects,developers,andimplementationteamstodrivebusinessanalysisactivitieswithinSAPBRIM(BillingandRevenueInnovationManagement).

Theprojectinvolvesgatheringanddocumentingbusinessrequirements,translatingthemintoactionablesolutions,supportingbacklogmanagement,andensuringthatbusinessneedsareeffectivelyreflectedthroughoutthedeliverylifecycle.

Thisisanexcellentopportunitytoplayakeyroleinalarge-scaleglobalSAPprogram,workingwithadvancedSAPBRIMtechnologiesandcontributingtobusiness-criticalprocesses.

Yourresponsibilities

• Gather,analyze,anddocumentbusinessrequirementswithintheSAPBRIMlandscape

• CreateandmaintainBusinessRequirementDocuments(BRDs)

• Translatebusinessrequirementsintoepics,userstories,andacceptancecriteria

• WorkcloselywithProductOwnersandbusinessstakeholderstoprepareandmanagetheproductbacklog

• Facilitaterequirementworkshopsandstakeholderdiscussions

• Conductproductgroomingsessionswithimplementationteams

• Supportsolutiondesignactivitiestogetherwithfunctionalandtechnicalteams

• Analyzeend-to-endSAPBRIMprocesses,includingbilling,charging,mediation,andsubscriptionmanagement

• SupportintegrationanalysisbetweenSAPandnon-SAPsystems

• Ensureproperdocumentationofrequirements,decisions,andprocessflows

• Collaboratewithdevelopmentteamsduringimplementationandtestingphases

• Supportreportingandcontinuousimprovementactivities

Youmightbetheperfectmatchifyouhave

• Stronghands-onexperiencewithSAPBRIM

• Deepknowledgeof:

  • ConvergentInvoicing(CI)

  • ConvergentCharging(CC)

  • ConvergentMediation(CM)

  • SubscriptionOrderManagement(SOM)

• Atleast5yearsofexperienceimplementingorsupportingSAPBRIMsolutions

• ExperiencecreatingBusinessRequirementDocuments(BRDs)

• StrongfunctionalandtechnicalunderstandingofSAPBRIMprocesses

• ExperienceworkingwithJira,includingcreatingepicsanduserstories

• Abilitytodefineclearandtestableacceptancecriteria

• UnderstandingofcomplexintegrationprocessesbetweenSAPandnon-SAPsystems

• Understandingofdataflowsandinterfacemanagement

• Knowledgeofworkflowprocesses

• BasicunderstandingofABAPdevelopment

• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills

• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandprovideexpertadvisorysupport
