EverAI is a rapidly growing AI company that is building the future of AI companionship. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help identify, attract, and land top global talent. The role involves talent mapping, sourcing, and building relationships with passive talent, as well as owning the candidate journey from initial contact to final close. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment, and has experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
- At least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Global sourcing experience: ability to attract talent from major tech hubs
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
- Doer mindset - ability to balance executing, planning, and strategy
- Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
- Comfortable hiring for products that are based on uncensored models and content
