AI Architect (with experience in Insurance projects)

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect with a strong background in insurance projects to lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions using modern cloud-native and Generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI architecture, Azure-based solutions, enterprise integrations, and scalable data-driven systems, combined with a solid understanding of insurance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Agentic AI Architecture

Design and implement Agentic AI solutions capable of orchestrating complex business workflows, multi-step reasoning, and enterprise system interactions.

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Design

Define and implement scalable RAG architectures for contextual document retrieval, semantic search, and knowledge-grounded AI responses.

Azure OpenAI & Generative AI Platforms

Architect and integrate enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and related cloud-native AI technologies.

Cloud Native Architecture

Design scalable, resilient, and cloud-native architectures leveraging microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.

API & Integration Design

Design enterprise APIs and integration layers connecting AI platforms with insurance core systems, third-party services, and enterprise applications.

Data Modelling

Define scalable data models and information architectures supporting AI, analytics, semantic search, and enterprise data management.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture roles
• Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong experience in insurance industry projects
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud and Azure OpenAI Services
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures and vector search technologies
• Experience with API design and enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of cloud-native and distributed architectures
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
