The DCX Client Services Home-Based Executive Sales Assistant will be the key player in supporting the executives' day-to-day by providing executive-level administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. With a focus on multitasking and attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be a key member of our client's team.If you are adaptable, smart, proactive, and flexible, then this role is for you!

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
Prepare detailed merch quotes using industry platforms
Develop branded visual presentations, lookbooks, and product decks using
Create and manage proposals and sales opportunities
Coordinate directly with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and spec samples
Proactively follow up on orders, artwork approvals, and production timelines
Ensure CRM and order systems are accurately maintained and updated
Maintain and schedule weekly social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Create branded marketing materials aligned with client campaigns
Monitor and manage the Sales Rep’s inbox daily
Identify urgent matters and prioritize accordingly
Bundle non-urgent questions to protect Sales Rep focus time
Draft client communications and responses for review
Operate independently with strong responsiveness and communication discipline
Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:3–5 years in Promotional Products, Sales Support, or Executive Assistant role
Proven experience supporting a revenue-generating Sales Executive
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Familiarity with iPROMOTEu iSUITE and promotional industry software
Someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Salary Range: Php 40,000- Php 43,000
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
