The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Production Coordinatoris responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the team. This includes tasks related to purchasing, production, and operations. The Production Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking orders and ensuring that orders are aligned to fulfill delivery schedules while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Monitor orders and the documentation of order confirmations and vendor emails.
Ensure that POs are accurate and that they are issued to suppliers with the correct client artwork files.
Assist in contacting suppliers and vendors to receive order status, proof, and tracking information for in-house orders.
Contact vendors for inventory checks, pricing, freight quotes, and lead times.
Communicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics.
Provide timely support, research, and feedback on the progress of orders, changes, and customer or vendor inquiries.
Coordinate shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports to ensure all projects are on schedule for on-time delivery.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and vendor files and databases.
Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
Language Proficiency:Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Ability and willingness to learn industry-specific software.
Experience with promotional products includes item research, ordering, and follow-up.
Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000
