We're looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager to design, build, and run the operational foundation of our recruiting function. The role involves owning everything from the tech stack to data and processes, and making architectural decisions as the business grows.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning recruitment operations or a closely adjacent function in a high-growth environment.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms at a data-model level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic programming skills (Python, SQL, or similar).
- Data visualisation/dashboarding skills (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or similar).
- Ability to document processes clearly and work in a structured way.
- Curiosity about fintech, financial markets.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for pattern recognition and/or automation.
