Job Description
This role is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking leader to join Singtel Singapore AIDA. This pivotal role will serve as the critical bridge between business functions and AI initiatives, championing the strategic adoption and responsible usage of AI across the organization.
As a catalyst for change, you will inspire and enable teams to imagine the art of the possible with AI, accelerate adoption of production-ready AI solutions, and cultivate a culture of innovation, literacy, and operational excellence.
How to make an Impact:
- Act as the internal evangelist for AI by leading the team in identifying, validating, and advocating high-impact AI opportunities across business domains.
- Work with business units to frame problems, explore potential AI solutions, and shape strategic roadmaps.
- Inspire teams to push boundaries and envision how AI can transform operations, customer experiences, and decision-making..
- Lead ideation sessions and innovation workshops that unlock the “art of the possible” with AI
- Serve as the interface between AI technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into executable solutions.
- Partner with engineering, data, and product teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI-driven products.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and deliver AI literacy and enablement programs tailored for varying levels of expertise.
- Design responsible AI usage frameworks and governance to promote ethical and compliant AI practices.
- Upskill staff on modern AI tools and emerging technologies through hands-on learning, labs, and mentoring.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
- Proven track record in data science, machine learning, and AI across strategy, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Exposure with a network of AI experts, especially in industries adjacent to telecommunications.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering AI solutions that have been scaled into production environments.
- Leadership experience managing mid to large AI/data teams with delivery accountability.
- International work exposure with a network of AI experts, especially in industries adjacent to telecommunications.
- Excellent people engagement skills and ability to facilitate learning and behavior change at scale.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and educate diverse stakeholders.
