Requirements
- Native fluency in Norwegian with lifelong residence or deep immersion in Norway
- Working knowledge of both Bokmal and Nynorsk orthography
- Ability to identify and transcribe major Norwegian regional dialects
- Comfort with the high degree of accepted dialectal variation in everyday Norwegian speech
- At least two years of professional transcription, captioning, court reporting, broadcast, translation, or linguistic annotation experience
- Demonstrated accuracy at the word level under deadline pressure
- Comfortable with web-based annotation platforms and variable-speed audio playback
