About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team building modern, cloud-native applications. You'll work across the stack — from ReactJS front ends to Spring Boot microservices — while contributing to AI-driven features, workflow automation, and secure, role-based systems.
This role suits someone who thrives working independently, takes ownership of their deliverables, and enjoys collaborating across squads in an iterative delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain web applications using ReactJS (Vite) on the front end and Spring Boot on the back end
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, and design data models using JPA and SQL
• Build and maintain microservices, with attention to scalability and maintainability
• Containerize applications using Docker for consistent deployment across environments
• Contribute to the development of an AI agent, integrating it into existing product workflows
• Work with AWS services (S3, SQS) to support asynchronous processing and file storage
• Implement local API mocking to support parallel front-end/back-end development and testing
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Use Gradle and Git for build management and version control
• Implement BPMN-based workflows to support business process automation
• Build RBAC-driven UI components to enforce role-based access control across the application
• Work within AWS GCC (Government/Regulated Cloud environment) where applicable, adhering to relevant compliance and security standards
Required Skills & Experience
• Proficiency in ReactJS (with Vite tooling) and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of JPA, SQL, and relational data modeling
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker)
• Familiarity with AWS services, particularly S3 and SQS
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven practices
• Working knowledge of Gradle and Git
• Exposure to BPMN workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, Flowable, or similar)
• Experience implementing RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) in front-end applications
• Bonus: experience building or integrating AI agents into production systems
• Bonus: familiarity with AWS GCC or other regulated/government cloud environments
