Key Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound activity, maintaining a pace of 100+ calls per day.
Prospect and qualify B2B leads to ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Executive team.
Effectively navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers within target organizations.
Manage a persistent follow-up cadence via phone and email to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain clean and accurate records of all activity and lead intelligence within the CRM.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or appointment setting.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high call volumes (100+ daily dials) consistently.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
