Senior Brand Designer

Location: Remote.

The role You'll build identity systems end-to-end for startups and brands, often feeding straight into a raise or a launch. Real briefs, never spec.

What you'll do

• Build identity systems: logo, type, color, and the rules that hold them together

• Apply brand across web, deck, social, and motion handoff

• Work in tight cycles with fast, frequent WIPs

• Partner with motion, 3D, and illustration to keep the brand consistent everywhere

• Iterate quickly on feedback from creative leads and clients without losing the craft

What we're looking for

• A portfolio where every decision earned its place

• Systems thinking, not just strong individual marks

• Figma-native, fast and organized in-file

• The ability and appetite to work with AI image generation tools

• Range across editorial, product, and campaign

• Real type confidence

• You take feedback fast and integrate it without friction

Nice to have

• Web or product (UI) design exposure

Not for you if

• You design in a vacuum and hand off a PDF

• You need weeks per project to feel comfortable
