The Business Development Director accelerates company growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding P95-JC’s presence in the clinical research landscape, with a focus on neurology, cardiometabolic, and infectious diseases, as well as Real-World Evidence (RWE) services. In particular, this role should help growing a new Functional Service Provider (FSP) business unit for Biometrics services (Data Management, Biostatistics & Programming, Medical Writing and Safety/Pharmacovigivilance), targeting the EU market while supporting global expansion.
This role requires building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, and translating those insights into strategic business initiatives. The Business Development Director collaborates closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, support sales strategies, and contribute to the overall growth trajectory of the company across the EU
The responsibilities for the Business Development Director EU include, but are not limited to, the following:
You will join a young, very dynamic, and fast-growing private research organization. Our passionate, truly multicultural, and diverse team of nearly 500 colleagues and nearly 40 nationalities include epidemiologists, clinical operations, CRAs, CTAs, data scientists, statisticians, data analysts, medical writers, safety and pharmacovigilance specialists, project managers and business support professionals spreading over 20 countries.

You may need to travel occasionally.
