Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-based data engineering and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Databricks, Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Tableau, PySpark, and AWS. The candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities and be able to design, develop, and manage scalable data platforms and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions on cloud platforms.
- Build and optimize data processing workflows using PySpark and Databricks.
- Develop and manage cloud-based data architectures on AWS.
- Implement data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC and related tools.
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, governance, and performance optimization across data platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams as a Tech Manager or Cloud Data Architect.
- Support data migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering and performance issues.
Required Skills
Primary Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in any two of the following:DatabricksInformatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)Tableau
- Strong commercial experience with:PySparkAWS Cloud Platform
- Experience working as:Tech ManagerCloud Data Architect
Secondary Skills
- Informatica
- Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
- Databricks Certification.
- Informatica IDMC Certification.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience
- Relevant experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, and Big Data technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud data solutions is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and cloud-native technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
