Join an agile software engineering team to drive the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of core application architectures. In this role, you will be responsible for building resilient server-side components, integrating ecosystem systems, and supporting deployments from initial coding through to post-go-live stabilization.
Service Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services utilizing Python and/or Java, with the opportunity to support frontend enhancements.
API & Business Logic: Implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs and comprehensive backend logic aligned with complex functional and technical requirements.
Database Optimization: Formulate and tune database queries, structural schemas, and efficient data access layers to ensure optimal application speed and data integrity.
Ecosystem Integration: Harmonize data flows by integrating backend services seamlessly with frontend applications and various external systems.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code, executing comprehensive unit and integration testing cycles.
Lifecycle Support: Actively participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and provide critical defect analysis and engineering support during SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization phases.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Core Backend Programming: Strong, hands-on software engineering experience developing robust backend services using Python and/or Java.
API Development: Proven capability in designing, implementing, and securing RESTful APIs and complex backend business logic layers.
Database Management: Solid proficiency in working with modern databases, query optimization, and structuring efficient data integration pathways.
Modern Frontend (Optional): Practical exposure or foundational experience with React is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
Engineering Standards: Familiarity with modern SDLC workflows, version control tools, automated testing frameworks, and writing clear technical documentation.
