Senior Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day management of project activities and must be competent in managing scope, schedule, and quality. The role involves exposure to Service Now CMDB, SharePoint administration, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in handling IT projects with experience in data analysis, business analytics, services & products performance reporting within a corporate environment.
- ITIL expertise including extensive experience and knowledge of service portfolio management, service level management.
- Experience in designing custom low-code platforms using Power Apps and developing automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office Suite tools.
- Ability to analyze, understand, and communicate complex ideas across a varied audience.
- Ability to broker and/or mediate differing views and needs across stakeholder groups including service consumers and providers.
