Requirements
- Must reside in Canada
- Experience with QuickBooks Online required, QuickBooks Online Accountant a plus
- Proven experience in the customer service industry, preferably with involvement of an advisory role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new products and quickly adapt to new features/updates
- Experience with or interest in basic financial concepts related to bookkeeping/payroll/Accounting 101
- A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed
- A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence may be required during training and production
