Senior Graphic Designer ( Freelance )

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance contract basis.

The role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital and corporate channels, while maintaining strong brand consistency and supporting marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and landing pages.
• Develop presentations, infographics, lead magnets, and corporate marketing materials.
• Create visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Design conversion-focused creatives for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistency across all visual communications and brand assets.
• Work closely with the Marketing and other relevant teams to understand design requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Provide creative direction and support to other designers when needed.
• Review and ensure the quality of final design deliverables.
• Explore and incorporate AI-assisted design tools where appropriate.

Job Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B, corporate, and digital design work.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and conversion-focused design.
• Proven experience designing for LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and corporate presentations.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a freelance setup.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a design team is a plus.
