As a Retention Specialist at Sporty, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of South Africa focused campaigns and promotions that drive customer engagement and loyalty locally. You’ll assist with setting up and running retention activities, track results, and help ensure our offers are competitive across different markets. Working closely with product, analytics, and stakeholders, you’ll provide operational support to keep campaigns running smoothly and effectively.
What you'll be doing
Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns and promotional activities for existing & new users across the SA markets
Monitor key metrics (Retention, Reactivation, ROI) and prepare reports to track user engagement and optimization
Collaborate with internal product and analytics teams to maintain and improve retention tools and reporting accuracy
Help ensure regional offers and promotions are delivered on time and remain competitive
Coordinate with external partners on campaign execution and follow-up tasks
Support personalization and automation initiatives by providing regional operational input
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
2+ years’ experience in retention, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
Experience in the Online Casino or broader iGaming industry is strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
Familiarity with retention and marketing automation tools is a plus
